علت ریجکت شدن ویزای آلمان به دلیل ارور در پرداخت چیست؟

سلام. من برای ویزای دیدار خانواده اقدام کردم. بعد از چند روز ایمیلی اومد و در اون مشکل در پرداخت ذکر شده. اما نمیدونم چرا این اتفاق افتاده.

You have registered with the German Embassy Tehran to apply for a Schengen visa. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that you have not made a valid booking fee payment for this (e.g. booking fee paid before introduction of the new appointment system, booking fee paid with future date, use of farsi letters), your registration has therefore been cancelled.

From now on you have the possibility to register again for an appointment, please follow the necessary instructions on the website of the embassy as well as the service provider Visametric.

Please note that booking fees paid before 21.08.2023 cannot be accepted. Further processing of your registration and appointment will not be possible if the booking fee has not been paid into the specified account.

If you have paid a booking fee according to the old appointment system at an earlier point in time, you can apply for a refund. The necessary instructions for this can also be found on the website of the service provider Visametric.
